These terms apply when you use data from Hunch pages without a signed licence.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover data published on readhunch.com. That data includes resolved markets, Echo metadata, historical base rates and leaderboard rankings.
Commercial use needs a signed Hunch Data Licence Agreement. Write to info@readhunch.com to ask for one.
2. What you may do
You may use the data for non-commercial analysis and research. Journalists may quote it. You may also show it inside a non-commercial product.
3. Attribution
Show the words Source: Hunch, readhunch.com next to the data you use. Where the format allows a link, link those words to readhunch.com.
4. What you may not do
- Sell or resell the data.
- Redistribute the data or pass it to anyone else.
- Sublicense the data or re-export it to a third party.
- Use the data to train or fine-tune a machine learning model.
- Remove or change the attribution.
5. Changes to the data
We may change the format of the data at any time. We may recalculate a resolution after a correction, and we may remove material, for example after a complaint. We do not promise that the schema will stay the same.
6. No warranty
We produce the data in line with our published Methodology and Editorial Code. We give no warranty about future events. We give no warranty that the data is fit for your purpose.
7. Ending access
We may end your access to the data without notice if you break these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
