Hunch. On 13 October the trust said it had no confirmed opening date for Aveta Birth Centre and promised councillors a clearer timeline only in November.
The birth centre market resolves on the same trust statements page: YES if by the end of 30 November 2026 the trust says Aveta Birth Centre in Cheltenham is taking women in labour, and NO if it is still closed for births.
