Resolved: YES
The win put England 2-0 up with one Test to play, so they went to Edgbaston on 9 September with the series already won (ESPNcricinfo match report).

How this resolves
Resolves YES if, at the conclusion of the Lord's Test, England hold more wins than Pakistan across the first two Tests of the three-match series, per the series page on ecb.co.uk and espncricinfo.com. A Pakistan win at Lord's resolves it NO; a draw resolves it YES.
The pattern behind it
5 of 9
Since 1982 the sides have played nine Tests at Lord's: Pakistan have won five, England two and two were drawn. That is a higher win rate for the touring side than at any comparable English venue, and only two matches in more than forty years have ended without a result. The caveat is that England's two wins were both by an innings, so when the hosts have been on top at Lord's they have been overwhelmingly on top.
Pakistan have won five of the nine Tests at Lord's since 1982. Lord's is meant to be hard for visiting teams, but against Pakistan it has been the opposite. The wins came across very different eras, with different players, pitches and balls.
