Hunch. With prices flat in October and November usually weaker before Nationwide takes out the usual changes for the time of year, a small fall in November would push the yearly figure below zero and out of this range.
The 0.0% to 0.9% market resolves on the same Nationwide report: YES if the printed yearly change for November is from 0.0% to 0.9%, including -0.0%, and NO if it is 1.0% or higher or -0.1% or lower. Backups are the same as for the no-yearly-fall market.
