Oura postponed its IPO on 29 September 2026 and SEC EDGAR shows no final prospectus or pricing filing after its 24 September free writing prospectus, so no sale price was set by 16 October 2026 (BBC News and the Guardian confirm the postponement).
History. 3 of 5. Cerebras, Klarna and Figma priced above their ranges. Arm priced at the top and Uber near the bottom.
Hunch. Reuters on 21 September called the market jittery after Federal Reserve rate rises, closer to the nervous market Uber faced in 2019 than to the rising markets of the three sales priced above range.
The price market resolves on Oura's final prospectus and pricing release on the SEC website: YES if, by 16 October 2026, Oura sets its public offering price above $44.00 a share. A price of $44.00 or lower resolves NO, and so does a sale that has not priced by 16 October; if the SEC filing is late, Reuters and the Financial Times reports of the price settle it.
We looked for cases where a US company raising more than $1bn in its first share sale set a price range, and a news report said before pricing that orders were bigger than the shares on offer. We found five since 2019. None priced below the range. Three priced above it, and in those three the orders were reported at 20 times the shares or more. Oura has not said how big its orders are.
