SEC EDGAR shows no new S-1/A or free writing prospectus with a range above $44 after 21 September 2026 (the last filing, on 24 September, is a free writing prospectus), and Oura postponed its IPO on 29 September, so the $40 to $44 range was never raised by 16 October 2026 (BBC News and the Guardian report the postponement).
History. 2 of 5. Cerebras and Figma raised their ranges before pricing. Klarna, Arm and Uber did not.
Hunch. Oura has published no figure for its orders, and by 26 September it had filed no change to its $40 to $44 range with the SEC.
The range market resolves on Oura's filings on the SEC website: YES if, after 21 September and before the price is set, and by 16 October 2026, Oura files a new price range whose top is above $44.00. More shares at the same range, a lower range or no new filing resolves NO; Reuters reports of the filing are the backup.
We looked for cases where a US company raising more than $1bn in its first share sale set a price range, and a news report said before pricing that orders were bigger than the shares on offer. We found five since 2019. None priced below the range. Three priced above it, and in those three the orders were reported at 20 times the shares or more. Oura has not said how big its orders are.
