The seat market resolves on the BG US Growth 'Result of AGM' announcement on the London Stock Exchange news service: YES if on 23 October 2026 at least one of resolutions 1 to 3 is passed, or if before the meeting the board announces it has appointed a Saba candidate. Reuters and BBC News settle it if the announcement cannot be found.
